At the Envirotects, we strive to provide environments for clients that promote a sense of well being and comfort. Our mission is to lessen the impact of buildings on both the immediate and global community.
- Frank came to this area in the mid 1980s to study Solar Energy at Cabrillo College and discovered 'his people'. He has made this his home since.
- He was an apprentice of well loved local Capitola architect Doug Messini for 12 years and worked on other buildings on 41st ave. with Doug Messini including; The Four Star Center, The Begonia Plaza, The 41st Ave. Plaza, and the Blockbuster Video building.
- This is his first solo on 41st Ave.
